Why were design packages created?
Design Packages were created to simplify and streamline the build process and to create a level of
transparency that allows for same-day pricing.
Who are design packages good for?
Everyone! Design Packages are a great choice for anyone interested in the most current design
trends within an optimized floorplan. These packages are tailored to individuals looking to spend less
time making selections, therefore shortening the build process.
Where can I view design packages?
You can view design packages on the Eddy Homes’ website or in-person at one of Eddy Homes’
designated model homes.
Can we make changes to our design package?
Eddy Homes offers choices within each Design Package that allow for personalization. Anything
outside of these options would be custom and handled on a case-by-case basis.
What does the starting from pricing for design packages include?
The starting price for a Design Package home consists of both structural and design inclusions from
the Signature Design Package.
Do I meet with a designer as part of the design process?
Each Design Package home buyer is allotted (1) three-hour meeting with an accredited in-house
designer to finalize design package options.
After I sign a sales agreement with a design package, what happens next?
Each Design Package home buyer has a 14-day window to meet with a designer. Once finalized, the
build process begins! This includes architectural, purchasing, permitting, construction & ultimately
the settlement of your new home.
What is the timeline for a construction build with a design package?
Design Package build times generally take 6 months from the time of the executed sales agreement
to the settlement. Delays are possible depending on the number of homes in the queue.
Is it possible to meet with designers and review packages before signing a sales agreement?
Eddy Homes Design Staff is available, by appointment, for a one-hour design preview to view
samples of the design package offerings.
